According to the resolution issued by the Minister of Energy, the energy price cap in the wholesale electricity market is determined as a percentage of the electricity supply cost, set at 21.5%. This equates to 1,620 Rials per kilowatt-hour of energy produced for the current persian year.

The base availability rate has not changed in this resolution and remains at 185 Rials per kilowatt of available capacity per hour.
